Being Gooz! was created by Whess Harman as part of a BC Arts Council funded artist residency at UBC Okanagan Gallery. Being Gooz! documents Harman’s artistic practice over the years and includes essays by Stacey Koosel, Peter Morin and Harman. Fifteen, Works from UBC Okanagan Alumni
In celebration of UBC Okanagan’s 15th anniversary year in 2020, this catalogue was published featuring the works of 15 UBC Okanagan alumni from the Bachelor of Fine Arts and Masters of Fine Arts programs.
This catalogue was produced in partnership with the Faculty of Creative and Critical studies and alumni UBC.
This catalogue is a collection of the print works of Alistair Bell, a celebrated Canadian Artist. The public art collection contains over 100 lithography and woodcut prints created by Bell from drawings he made visiting zoos around the world over a 60 year period.
This catalogue was prepared by previous curator, Susan Belton with the assistance of Caytlin Robinson in 2014.

The catalogue was published for the UBC Centennial Celebration year in 2015. It was complied by Susan and Robert Belton with the biographies and statements prepared by the artist themselves.
