Csetkwe performs an opening song during the 2023 Indigenous Art Intensive
UBC Okanagan Gallery in collaboration with the Indigenous Art Intensive program are excited to announce our 2024 lineup of participating artists and keynote presenters.
The Indigenous Art Intensive is a unique immersive program that brings together international and national Indigenous scholars, curators, artists and writers together on campus to interact with students and the public in an artist residency context.
During the residency, we invite you to join us on Wednesday afternoons from noon to 3:30PM at UBC Okanagan’s University Theatre (ADM026) to hear from artists in symposium and keynote events. These events offer the opportunity to hear from artists directly about their creative practice.

All keynote presentations and artist panels are free and open to the public. They take place on the UBC Okanagan campus at noon Wednesdays from May 15 to June 12, 2024. Light refreshments will be served.
